Ingredients
Blue Butterfly Pea Water:
1250ml hot water
1/4 tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
200ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (strained)
Simply Syrup:
1 cup sugar of choice
1 cup water
Directions
1. Prepare simple syrup by adding ingredients to a saucepan. Let mixture cook on medium heat until sugar has completely melted. Let it cool completely.
2. Place water, Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder and lemon juice in a large jar; mix thoroughly.
3. To serve; place simple syrup, crushed ice in prepared glasses; followed by purple lemon mixture. Enjoy!
