Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Water

Ingredients
8 cups filtered water
¾ tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 lime, sliced into rounds
10 strawberries, sliced
Directions
1. Whisk Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder into water. Divide into 2 pitchers. To make lighter purple color, add sliced lemons and limes to water. The acid will change the color of the water to make it a pinkish color.
2. Slice strawberries into circles. Add strawberries and mint to the other water container.
