Butterfly Pea Flowers Spritzer

Ingredients
700 ml boiled water
3g Suncore Foods® Butterfly Pea Flowers
78g fresh lemon juice
Sparkling drink of choice - 7up, Sprite, any flavor sparkling water, or homemade sparkling lemonade
Directions
1. Boil water and pour into two heat-proof bowls or measuring cups. Place Suncore Foods® Butterfly Pea Flowers equally into each cup and let steep for 10 mins or until desired color is reached. Use a spoon to release all the water from flowers, then discard them. Add lemon juice to one measuring cup, and allow both to cool.
2. Pour 300 ml of both teas into ice sphere trays. Pour any remaining info bear-shaped ice molds, and freeze 4 hours min or overnight.
3. Place frozen spheres in pitchers or glasses, and pour in desired sparkling beverage. Finish with optional sprigs of mint, watch as the colors magically change, and ENJOY!
