2 cups (480g) heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
3 teaspoons Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder

2. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in 2–3 additions.
4. Split the mixture into two bowls color, one with a quarter cup of Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder, the other with Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder.
5. Transfer to your loaf pan. Using a scoop alternate colors. And tap your pan on the counter to release air bubbles.
6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
