30g sugar
60g milk
20g macadamia oil
45g flour

1. In a medium bowl 80g egg white, milk, oil, and

2. In stand mixer whip whites and sugar into a firm, glossy meringue.
3. Fold 1/4 of the meringue into the milk & oil texture, then gently fold back into the rest. Keep it airy.
4. Bake at preheated oven 150c for 25-30 minutes.
